What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Great customer service, a community that users can access to speak with others using the product to get ideas to help improve processes, and a system that helps make daily, monthly, and yearly tasks a lot easier to complete.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time it saves on completing everyday HR tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We wish that the Time system that we are using has more capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk with others using the platform and ask questions. UKG usually has the solution to the needs of those looking for a new HRIS.

Its great by fat, but would recommend to better the interface of teh application so its more pleasing and easy to work with!
